Responsibilities
- Meet Clients During The Startup Meeting (development And Construction);
- Develop Submissions And Estimates For Construction And Development Projects;
- Compile Specifications And Tender Calls;
- Issue Invitations To Tender To Various Subcontractors And Follow Up;
- Analyze Submissions;
- Establish Costs Associated With The Submission;
- Calculate Quantities Of Materials From Plans And Specifications;
- Visit Job Sites.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- be bilingual in French and English;
- computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, Quoter Plan and General Estimator.
