Achievements

We are very proud to present our largest construction project to date: La Cité Tour 1!

Located in the heart of Gatineau city, this building will become a recognised symbol throughout our beautiful region. Our modern design and construction innovations will set a new engineering standard never seen before in Gatineau.

The building will be 21 storeys high including two underground parking levels and a ground floor made up of restaurants and shops. The second floor will offer office spaces.

Finally, luxurious condos with incredible views will be available from the 3rd to the 19th floor. We estimate a provisional delivery for Spring 2024.

Le Carrefour Cité will have several amenities available, such as:

– Roof terrace with water basin and BBQ;

– Family game room;

– Billiard room;

– Golf simulators;

– Work and meeting room;
