Responsibilities

  • Understand project plans and specifications and keep them up-to-date with changes during the project;
  • Collaborate with the project manager and superintendent to establish the project timeline;
  • Update the timeline throughout the project;
  • Follow up on technical questions related to plans and specifications;
  • Coordinate payment requests to clients and those from subcontractors;
  • Manage the review of shop drawings and samples;

  • Organize and take minutes of site meetings with subcontractors, professionals, and the client;
  • Coordinate with the project manager on client changes and subcontractor change requests;
  • Track and manage deficiencies at the end of the project; compile end-of-project documents;
  • Coordinate work and materials in collaboration with the superintendent;
  • Monitor the project’s quality program;
  • Coordinate the preliminary inspection of work with the superintendent.

Requirements

  • A diploma in administration (DEC) or accounting (DEP) is required,
  • with experience in a similar role being an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is necessary,
  • along with computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite,
  • and experience with SAGE or Avantage software is considered an advantage.
